Sneak away for a little winter romance A very special birthday welcome. This hotel has it all. On January 9 the Christmas decorations were still beautiful and the hot tub and pool were open and ready to enjoy despite a big snow. It’s the best place you can get if you want a vacation it don’t want to rent a house, This visit was a mid winter getaway, ideal for that too.

Great hotel in perfect location I have stayed at this hotel many times for a girlfriends getaway. The location is perfect and staff is very friendly. The spa which is co-located with the hotel is the best. You also can’t beat the location—one block to the beach. I think this is the best hotel in Rehobeth Beach. The newly renovated rooms are nicely appointed as well. Highly recommend!

Christmas in Rehoboth. The hotel felt very cozy and festive with it's holiday decorations! I enjoyed the breakfast and the lovely sun room. It was great to be in the center of town without the crowds. It felt like I was coming home from a lovely walk in the neighborhood when I returned to the Inn.

The best ever We love to stay here . I have stayed dozens of time over the last several years . Super clean great amenities and the locations is perfect no parking hassles and no Ubers. I will say the one things that tops it all off is the amazing staff !!!! Just am amazing team

Much-needed getaway through this stressful season My recent trip to the Avenue in on Friday was amazing, as always from the time I arrived and was greeted by Mary Lou at the front desk, who I have been dealing with there for over 10 years was pleasant and welcomingThe check in process is simple and I couldn’t wait to go to the rooftop Jacuzzi to enjoy the warmth and relaxation .Everything in my room was perfect as always, and I thoroughly enjoyed the day and evening. Can’t wait to return and a shout out to Mary Lou for being such a great employee there.👍

Magical Visit The Avenue Inn and Spa is a beautiful, well- maintained property, close to the beach in Rehoboth. Daily Breakfast, Wine and Cheese happy hour, Milk and Cookies after 8p.m. along with the holiday decor made this getaway extra special. We stayed in the satellite location, which offered larger rooms, and were happy we got the benefit of all the hotel amenities.

Pleasant Surprise! Our schedules only allowed for a overnight getaway so I selected the Avenue Inn & Spa based on posted reviews and property description. We were pleasantly surprised at the hotel atmosphere and our accommodations. The hotel staff were friendly and personable. The amenities were a bonus and the location is great. Plenty of dining options in walking distance and of course the boardwalk and beach is only two blocks away. Our first time at the property was a hit. I can't wait to return in 2025 for a longer stay.

Worry-free, stress-free pampering! My family and I have been staying at the Avenue Inn for decades now, and they never disappoint! From dawn to dusk, it's complete and total pampering - from delicious breakfasts, to wine-and-cheese happy hour, evening chocolate chips cookies and milk, plus pool and hot tub, on and on it's a vacation in the lap of luxury!

November 2024 We stayed a couple nights for our anniversary during the off-season and it was nonetheless of a stay! We were greeted and helped by friendly Ryan who made sure to let us know all of the amenities were still in use like the indoor heated pool, hot tub, nightly wine/cheese and cookies/milk.

Great Getaway As always, our stay at the Avenue Inn & Spa was great. The location, service and price were great. I love that it's connected to the spa which I always take advantage of. It's nice that there is a restaurant on site (Blue Hen) to have a drink. Will definitely be back.

Great spot We have stayed many times and The Avenue never disappoints! The staff is great. The rooms are clean, and the bedding is very comfortable. The location is perfect for hitting all the restaurants and shopping in Rehoboth. The common areas of the hotel and welcoming and relaxing. The amenities like wine and cheese, cookies and coffee are a great addition.

Great place to stay and enjoy the hotel and explore the town. The staff was the best. They were informative, pleasant and went out of their way to make sure everything was okay. The lobby area was comfortable and inviting, the music play list was a great background. I liked the board that showed what was happening for the day. Happy hour was a nice treat, on-site parking, comfortable room, couldn't have been a better experience. We were a large group of 10 and there were no issues at all.

Coastal Gem The Avenue is a pleasant respite from the hectic world. The calming beauty of the lobby, the friendly folks who staff the desk and the clean, coastal elegance of the rooms make it a favorite escape. The wine and cheese nightly, fresh chocolate chip cookies, and morning cooked breakfast are delicious bonuses with your stay in the heart of Rehoboth.I hate to leave every time and look forward to my next visit.

Wonderful Weekend We always enjoy staying at the Avenue inn. The staff are always very welcoming and friendly (front counter, breakfast room, and clean staff). The rooms are always very clean and comfortable. Plus, we look the amenities of the pool, steam room, hot tub and "wine hour". Great way to spend time at the beach.

Great Getaway Our daughter has stayed, and is staying again this spring, at the Nags Head location, and recommended Rehoboth Beach to us for a mid-week getaway. We stayed three days last week and the place is wonderful. Nice amenities around the hotel (breakfast, wine and cheese hour, decorations, cookies and milk, etc.) and the staff is wonderful, shout out to Ryan. Everything was clean and neat and we would definitely recommend this hotel or one of its sister locations.

A great spot for friends to gather Our group of 10 college friends gathered here for a 2 day visit and everything was PERFECT! The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable and off season price was great. The staff was amazing all around, making us feel welcome and appreciated. The space out front with the fire pit was a lovely place to sit in the evening. The wine and cheese and warm chocolate chunk cookies were a bonus. Thank you Avenue Inn for a really lovely visit!

Ritz Carlton in disguise The platter of chocolate chip cookies was brought out at 8pm. The lobby was filled with guests sitting and enjoying the evening. But the moment the cookies came out every guest got up from their seat and formed a line. By 8:10, all the cookies were gone. Don’t come down late. You’re out of luck.

Excellent experience and great staff,especially Ryan !!! I was very happy to stay at the Avenue Inn and Spa October 2024. First , Ryan who worked the night we checked in was a wonderful help, welcoming us after a long car ride. He gave us information about the area and gave us delicious chocolate chip cookies to enjoy. He was kind and so helpful, gave us the local magazines to familiarize ourselves with Rehoboth area.The room was clean ,comfortable, nicely decorated. We all rested well. I highly recommend this hotel and will plan to stay again.

Great location with an outstanding restaurant in Rehoboth Love the location in town but close to the beach! The Blue Hen's food, drink, and staff were all fabulous!!!! They also provide towels and beach chairs with service to the beach. And they have a nice indoor pool and sundeck. Would have rated sleep quality a 5 if we hadn't had drunk people coming out of the Purple Parrott after midnight and partying on the street right under our balcony for over 1 hour. That kind of wrecked my sleep for the night. Not the hotel's fault. But is is what it is.

A Wonderful Overnight Getaway This was one of the best beach experiences we have had. The Avenue went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The complimentary snacks and breakfast were delicious. The location was great too. We could take the steps from the Avenue II right to Rehoboth Avenue where the shops were, and it was 2 blocks from the beach. We did not have any issues with noise from the Purple Parrot, although we were warned that there might be some. The rooms at the Avenue II were large and clean. Would love to do it again!

Perfect quick getaway Get location, and this was the best time of the year to go no long line, but still good energy. We usually go in July! This hotel is in the center of everything. You can walk everywhere. Rehoboth Beach is one of our favorite spots because it’s just a short ferry ride away from NJ.

Service, location, property, perks—all were great! We had a wonderful stay at this property. The service was exceptionally good. Breakfast was very nice—and I especially appreciated the quieter sunroom (No music playing, adults only). Room was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent—right in the middle of shops and restaurants, short walk to the boardwalk and beach. Loved the extras like the beach chairs & towels, daily wine & cheese, and daily cookies & milk.

Always a great time at The Avenue. Had another wonderful trip to the Avenue hotel in Rehobeth Beach, De. It is one of the friendliest hotels that we stay at. The staff are all wonderful. Randi and Ryan stand out as Mr and Ms. hospitality. The place is extremely clean. The wine and cheese social in the evening is a great time to unwind from a busy day and prepare for the evening. The nightly milk and cookie is a nicer way to close out the day. The facilities are extensive. We can't wait to go back.

A wonderful retreat! We keep coming back to this place every year! It's clean, has super friendly staff, and has comfortable rooms with the most comfortable beds. Morning breakfast and nightly cookies are a bonus. They call ahead of your stay to confirm and ask you if there's a special occasion you are celebrating. It's nice to have that kind of personal customer service nowadays. The hotel is close to everything just by walking out the door—plenty of shops, restaurants, and a short walk to the beach.

Love this place! I love coming to the Avenue Inn. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. I love all the extras from the hot breakfast to the chocolate chip cookies at bedtime. Whatever air freshening system you use in the hallways is divine! Wish I could’ve bottled it up and taken it home! It’s also a close walk to everything. We will be back!

End of summer getaway The BEST accommodations at Rehobeth beach. The Avenue is a beautiful hotel that is so inviting and relaxing. Located within walking distance to restaurants, stores, and the beach. Golf cart transportation to the beach and chairs provided. Top notch service with extras including hot breakfast, wine and cheese, and warm cookies. Already booked our return trip!❤️

Fabulous hotel Great stay from check in to check out. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, beautiful pool, fun card and game room, perfect location, nice décor, everything worked in the room (door to patio, shower, fridge),nice terrace facing the main street, free shuttle and beach chairs.No issues, complaints, or hassles. An extremely well run operation.

My favorite The Avenue Inn is my favorite hotel in Rehoboth. From the lovely breakfast buffet to the 5 PM happy hour to the warm chocolate chip cookies in the evening, they go the extra mile. They provide transportation to and from the beach. Everyone is friendly, and the rooms are large and spacious.

Wonderful Stay Room was nicely appointed and exceptionally clean.Common areas were wonderful-- comfortable sitting area in the lobby, nice quiet room off the lobby (with books and games), and pleasant breakfast room (with bread station in one corner, continental breakfast in another, and hot breakfast with server along the back wall). Staff were magnificent-- attentive, smart, and fun. Beach chairs and towels, complete with shuttle service to the beach, a very nice touch!

Perfect stay in Rehoboth Beach This is a lovely hotel. It is in walking distance to the beach, food and shopping. The rooms are lovely and up to date. The pool and spa are really great. They offer a nice breakfast, wine / cheese & cookies/milk during your stay. They also offer a shuttle and chairs to the beach. I definitely would stay here again.

Fun Time With Family Ryan, Rob, and Ashley at the front desk went above and beyond insuring our trip was special. I know I’m forgetting the name of a woman who helped me reserve for 2025. The fact that coffee and tea are available 24/7 is a nice perk too. Truly, you will not find better staff at another location. Plus, it’s close to everything.

Great family vacation at Cooper Cottages We stayed (family and friends) for a week in Cooper Cottage #20 and it was heavenly! Perfect location, steps from the beach and a short walk to downtown Rehoboth. The hosts spared no details-the entire cottage was comfortably furnished and the kitchen fully outfitted to cook meals. Beds were comfy, and the screen in porch was great to have coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. We will be booking again for sure!

A carefree vacay I cannot say enough good things about the staff. John especially! This Inn has everything to make a vacation just perfect. A terrific location. Plenty of safe parking. Easy check in and checkout. Rooms with plenty of space. A heated indoor salt water pool. A super clean gym. Happy hour wine and cheese. A free breakfast buffet. Cookies and milk to end the evening. A golf cart and driver (Lou who plays great music as does the hotel) with beach chairs and towels. The ambiance is just delightful! We met wonderful, friendly people.

Amazing location and clean This hotel was fantastic! I will definitely be returning. The only things that we would change were so insignificant that it didn't matter. Like the shelf is the shower is very small, and with three people we had to rotate the shower stuff, but literally not a big deal. I wouldn't trade a small shower shelf for the quality of the room and the hotel. We will definitely be booking our next year's vacation early to get a room with a balcony!

Great family trip Overall the Avenue was a very pleasant stay for my husband and his parents, our 2 young girls, and me. We stayed in the main building, and you cannot beat the location. The wine and cheese in the afternoon and cookies in the evening were a really nice touch. Lew the beach buggy driver was super pleasant and made is easy for our older family members to get to and from the beach easily. We would definitely visit again.

Beautiful quick getaway My husband and I decided to take a quick getaway with our kids before they head back to college. Walking into Avenue Inn is like walking into home! Such a wonderful clean scent throughout the hotel, warm and friendly staff. All common areas and rooms are immaculate and tastefully decorated.They really do go above and beyond to make their guests feel comfortable with little extra touches. We could only stay for two wonderful nights but we can’t wait to go back soon.

Always a pleasure... We have stayed at Avenue Inn many times over the years and have never been disappointed. The location of the hotel is terrific -- you can easily walk to everything, and when you have a lot of stuff to lug to the beach, the wonderful Lew is there to transport you in his little "bus". When something is a bit "off", they will fix it. (Ex. this trip our air conditioner in Avenue II was impaired and they replaced the whole thing quickly.)

Great little bougie beach hotel This hotel makes going to the beach a breeze. They provide beach chairs, beach towels, and a golf cart to take you both ways. When you get back after a hot day at the beach there is a foot wash and a hose, as well as ice cold infused water waiting in the lobby. Doesn't get much better than that.

More than you expect The Avenue Inn exceeds expectation. I appreciated the pre-arrival call to confirm the reservation and review check in details.The ambiance of the lobby hits the mark on every level, too, From the lighting, music, and Wall Street Journal to the courteous staff and Lou’s escort to the beach it’s all truly relaxing and enjoyable.

Perfect location Located about a block away from the beach, this place is the perfect location for the beach, boardwalk, and nearby restaurants. Never needed our car once we arrived. We found it by accident several years ago when searching the Internet for a beach location with a boardwalk. We have been back every year since! Our grandson loves the milk and cookies every evening. We like the wine and cheese before an evening out.

Perfect Couple’s Getaway Spot! This hotel has a classic retro beach vibe. The location is great and we loved the daily chalkboard full of daily events and fun facts. The Blue Hen was our favorite place for cocktails on the patio each night before dinner! We also enjoyed the lobby happy hours and warm chocolate chip cookies on our way back in from a night out. The shuttle service to the beach was a bonus and Lou was a charming tour guide. All in all, we loved our stay at the Avenue and will be back!

What an amazing experience! We couldn’t have been happier with a hotel for this trip! From the wonderful location to the phenomenal staff to the multiple amenities that you don’t find anywhere else, we couldn’t be more pleased. And the Inn setup is so comfortable and welcoming that the guests mingle and interact unlike most places. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and like many that we met, we will return again (already our second visit).

Great beach hotel The Avenue in Rehoboth, Delaware was the best beach hotel I have stayed at in years. Very clean, better than average breakfast, wine and cheese in the afternoon and chocolate chip cookies at 8pm. The front desk and all employees were very accommodating. There is a golf cart with rides to the beach and back - 2 streets away and beach chairs are complimentary. All around great beach hotel!

Cooper Cottage beach vacation A well furnished delightful cottage provided a perfect beach experience The cottage was a short walk to the beach which made it all the more convenient to carry our beach bags. A short stroll on the boardwalk provided many restaurant choices as well as the rides at Funland. We plan to book for next year

Wonderful vintage but updated cottages-pet friendly! These vintage Cooper cottages are the most charming places in the access to the beach is so close. They have every amenity and then some. It’s a nice touch having a flag waving in front and a screened in porch to relax and read a book. It is wonderful that pets are welcomed and very happy there.. our dog loved watching the bunnies in the front garden.
