A gem to enjoy visiting Wonderful on the Avenue Inn and Spa. Traveling with wife, 2 sons, and a daughter. We all found the accommodations wonderful. Wine and cheese hour was very inviting. Breakfasts filling and milk and cookies in the evening provided an environment everyone loved. The location was ideal for us. Will definitely return next time we go to Rehoboth Beach. I have been going to Rehoboth for over 40 years and this was the nicest place I have stayed at.

First stay and didn’t want to leave We loved our stay, the scent in the halls was lovely along with the well done beach decor. We appreciated the extras like the parking setup for arrival/departure as well as wine and cheese hour and the coffee bar. The location is perfect, we walked about 5 miles around the boardwalk and town every day. The Blue Hen restaurant attached was also amazing. We will definitely plan another trip.

Loved it! It is always the smaller things that stand out. The free to use towels and beach chairs. The amazing service. The kind people. The game room was also a nice surprise! The free cookies and milk were a nice way to end each day. We are definitely going back if we can.

convenient location, clean rooms this is the perfect spot if you want to be very close to the beach. pros include convenient below ground parking, warm chocolate chip cookies each night, balcony in the king room, 24 hr coffee in the lobby. cons - bars located nearby have live music so be prepared. still, i highly recommend.

Another Wonderful Stay We absolutely love staying at this property. Staff is very attentive, extremely clean facility, food and drinks - top notch. You can walk everywhere and during peak season they provide beach chairs and shuttle down to the beach. Call when ready and they retrieve you. Absolutely love Avenue Inn & Spa. Don't forget to treat yourself to the spa.

Off season trip We had a great time in a beautiful space that was walkable to attractions, restaurants, and shops. Our family’s favorite parts were the chalkboard with daily ideas of things to do, a full breakfast, the indoor heated saltwater pool, and the cookies and milk in the evening. We will definitely return!

Great atmosphere As always a great and relaxing time. that is why my wife and I always go back. we love everything about this place all the way down to the fragrance in the lobby! The atmosphere is so laid back and comforting you will feel like you are in a good friends home while still being treated like a top priority guest.

Spent a lovely weekend! Avenue Inn and Spa in Rehoboth Beach, DE. is lovely looking, has a boutique feel. It was so comfortable in the lobby as well as the room I had. The room was well appointed. Wine and cheese daily as well as breakfast were both an added delight. Staff was efficient at check in and checkout. It was a great location, just a block to the ocean, and steps away from Rehoboth Ave. I'll be back!

An absolutely amazing place! The Avenue Inn is a wonderful place to stay in Rehoboth. The staff is warm and welcoming and will do anything to make sure your experience is amazing. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and it offers nice extra details such as the hospitality hour and warm cookies in the evening. The hot tub and indoor pool are an added bonus as well. They offer an on-site spa as well. You can't go wrong by staying at The Avenue Inn.

The Avenue Inn is the BEST The Avenue Inn is my favorite hotel to stay at when I’m in Rehoboth! The hotel is clean, super inviting and hospitable! You can’t beat the friendly staff, hospitality hour, cookies at night, pool & hot tub! Michael who works at the front desk is by far THE BEST - he goes above & beyond to make our stay awesome!!

Great weekend at the Avenue Very Nice and clean always a great time. We have been here before and the same great service is always there. Love the wine and cheese in the evening. Pool area is clean and smells nice. Close walk to beach and lots of great places to eat close by. We will definitely be back.

Location, location, location The hotel is one of the best in the area. You cannot go wrong. From there free parking after 12:30pm on your arrival. To the excellent staff. Thus there GM is one of a kind and goes out of his way to make your stay excellent. Love the free breakfast. Thus a great location, close to the beach and downtown shopping and restaurants. A great place to stay.

A wonderful stay with great staff and perks. We have stayed at the Avenue several times and always had a wonderful experience. This stay was no different. The hotel is spacious (both the rooms and the common areas), clean and bright. The staff is always friendly and helpful. And, on top of that, they have an extensive breakfast, wine and cheese for an hour in late afternoon, and a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie at night.

Staff excellent, rooms very well maintained, wine and cheese nightly and cookies top off the day nightly. Avenue inn always delivers the utmost experience from breakfast in the AM to wine and cheese nightly and cookies to top off the day. Relax by the fire place on these cold days also. Staff could not be more helpful and housekeeping has you coming back from the day out to a clean room where you first started your experience off here. Of course this would have not been our 68th time visiting this hotel if they did not live up to this every time

The Perfect stay We decided to go to Rehoboth for a long weekend and chose The Avenue Inn and Spa. To say the trip was perfect would be an understatement. From check-in to check-out the service, cleanliness and atmosphere was perfect. John, at the front desk, was overly accommodating and gave the perfect suggestions on where to eat and what to do during our stay. The hotel is very well appointed and has an excellent restaurant attached, the Blue Hen. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you staff and ownership for “ the perfect stay”. I will be back.

Mother/Daughter Stay-cation! Clean room and amazing staff. My daughter loved the milk and cookies and the super clean pool. The staff was some of the most caring that I've encountered at a hotel. They treat every guest like you're the most important person in the hotel. Took the time to make referrals to guests from out of town and to check on us to make sure we liked our room. We had a great time.

The best in Rehoboth! Amazing people the staff were wonderful and very helpful. The room was very nice and large and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I can not wait till I can get up there again, this place is a true gem and an absolute must not be missed! Can not recommend highly enough

Very enjoyable experience. We have stayed here quite a few times over the past 2 years, and we have always had an excellent experience. The staff are professional, friendly, and helpful. The location can't be beat and the rooms are very well appointed. In the past, we have stayed in several other spots, but after staying here once, we have returned on every visit since.

Sneak away for a little winter romance A very special birthday welcome. This hotel has it all. On January 9 the Christmas decorations were still beautiful and the hot tub and pool were open and ready to enjoy despite a big snow. It’s the best place you can get if you want a vacation it don’t want to rent a house, This visit was a mid winter getaway, ideal for that too.

Great hotel in perfect location I have stayed at this hotel many times for a girlfriends getaway. The location is perfect and staff is very friendly. The spa which is co-located with the hotel is the best. You also can’t beat the location—one block to the beach. I think this is the best hotel in Rehobeth Beach. The newly renovated rooms are nicely appointed as well. Highly recommend!

Christmas in Rehoboth. The hotel felt very cozy and festive with it's holiday decorations! I enjoyed the breakfast and the lovely sun room. It was great to be in the center of town without the crowds. It felt like I was coming home from a lovely walk in the neighborhood when I returned to the Inn.

The best ever We love to stay here . I have stayed dozens of time over the last several years . Super clean great amenities and the locations is perfect no parking hassles and no Ubers. I will say the one things that tops it all off is the amazing staff !!!! Just am amazing team

Much-needed getaway through this stressful season My recent trip to the Avenue in on Friday was amazing, as always from the time I arrived and was greeted by Mary Lou at the front desk, who I have been dealing with there for over 10 years was pleasant and welcomingThe check in process is simple and I couldn’t wait to go to the rooftop Jacuzzi to enjoy the warmth and relaxation .Everything in my room was perfect as always, and I thoroughly enjoyed the day and evening. Can’t wait to return and a shout out to Mary Lou for being such a great employee there.👍

Magical Visit The Avenue Inn and Spa is a beautiful, well- maintained property, close to the beach in Rehoboth. Daily Breakfast, Wine and Cheese happy hour, Milk and Cookies after 8p.m. along with the holiday decor made this getaway extra special. We stayed in the satellite location, which offered larger rooms, and were happy we got the benefit of all the hotel amenities.

Pleasant Surprise! Our schedules only allowed for a overnight getaway so I selected the Avenue Inn & Spa based on posted reviews and property description. We were pleasantly surprised at the hotel atmosphere and our accommodations. The hotel staff were friendly and personable. The amenities were a bonus and the location is great. Plenty of dining options in walking distance and of course the boardwalk and beach is only two blocks away. Our first time at the property was a hit. I can't wait to return in 2025 for a longer stay.

Worry-free, stress-free pampering! My family and I have been staying at the Avenue Inn for decades now, and they never disappoint! From dawn to dusk, it's complete and total pampering - from delicious breakfasts, to wine-and-cheese happy hour, evening chocolate chips cookies and milk, plus pool and hot tub, on and on it's a vacation in the lap of luxury!

November 2024 We stayed a couple nights for our anniversary during the off-season and it was nonetheless of a stay! We were greeted and helped by friendly Ryan who made sure to let us know all of the amenities were still in use like the indoor heated pool, hot tub, nightly wine/cheese and cookies/milk.

Great Getaway As always, our stay at the Avenue Inn & Spa was great. The location, service and price were great. I love that it's connected to the spa which I always take advantage of. It's nice that there is a restaurant on site (Blue Hen) to have a drink. Will definitely be back.

Great spot We have stayed many times and The Avenue never disappoints! The staff is great. The rooms are clean, and the bedding is very comfortable. The location is perfect for hitting all the restaurants and shopping in Rehoboth. The common areas of the hotel and welcoming and relaxing. The amenities like wine and cheese, cookies and coffee are a great addition.

Great place to stay and enjoy the hotel and explore the town. The staff was the best. They were informative, pleasant and went out of their way to make sure everything was okay. The lobby area was comfortable and inviting, the music play list was a great background. I liked the board that showed what was happening for the day. Happy hour was a nice treat, on-site parking, comfortable room, couldn't have been a better experience. We were a large group of 10 and there were no issues at all.

Coastal Gem The Avenue is a pleasant respite from the hectic world. The calming beauty of the lobby, the friendly folks who staff the desk and the clean, coastal elegance of the rooms make it a favorite escape. The wine and cheese nightly, fresh chocolate chip cookies, and morning cooked breakfast are delicious bonuses with your stay in the heart of Rehoboth.I hate to leave every time and look forward to my next visit.

Wonderful Weekend We always enjoy staying at the Avenue inn. The staff are always very welcoming and friendly (front counter, breakfast room, and clean staff). The rooms are always very clean and comfortable. Plus, we look the amenities of the pool, steam room, hot tub and "wine hour". Great way to spend time at the beach.

Great Getaway Our daughter has stayed, and is staying again this spring, at the Nags Head location, and recommended Rehoboth Beach to us for a mid-week getaway. We stayed three days last week and the place is wonderful. Nice amenities around the hotel (breakfast, wine and cheese hour, decorations, cookies and milk, etc.) and the staff is wonderful, shout out to Ryan. Everything was clean and neat and we would definitely recommend this hotel or one of its sister locations.

A great spot for friends to gather Our group of 10 college friends gathered here for a 2 day visit and everything was PERFECT! The rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable and off season price was great. The staff was amazing all around, making us feel welcome and appreciated. The space out front with the fire pit was a lovely place to sit in the evening. The wine and cheese and warm chocolate chunk cookies were a bonus. Thank you Avenue Inn for a really lovely visit!

Ritz Carlton in disguise The platter of chocolate chip cookies was brought out at 8pm. The lobby was filled with guests sitting and enjoying the evening. But the moment the cookies came out every guest got up from their seat and formed a line. By 8:10, all the cookies were gone. Don’t come down late. You’re out of luck.

Excellent experience and great staff,especially Ryan !!! I was very happy to stay at the Avenue Inn and Spa October 2024. First , Ryan who worked the night we checked in was a wonderful help, welcoming us after a long car ride. He gave us information about the area and gave us delicious chocolate chip cookies to enjoy. He was kind and so helpful, gave us the local magazines to familiarize ourselves with Rehoboth area.The room was clean ,comfortable, nicely decorated. We all rested well. I highly recommend this hotel and will plan to stay again.

Perfect quick getaway Get location, and this was the best time of the year to go no long line, but still good energy. We usually go in July! This hotel is in the center of everything. You can walk everywhere. Rehoboth Beach is one of our favorite spots because it’s just a short ferry ride away from NJ.

Great location with an outstanding restaurant in Rehoboth Love the location in town but close to the beach! The Blue Hen's food, drink, and staff were all fabulous!!!! They also provide towels and beach chairs with service to the beach. And they have a nice indoor pool and sundeck. Would have rated sleep quality a 5 if we hadn't had drunk people coming out of the Purple Parrott after midnight and partying on the street right under our balcony for over 1 hour. That kind of wrecked my sleep for the night. Not the hotel's fault. But is is what it is.

A Wonderful Overnight Getaway This was one of the best beach experiences we have had. The Avenue went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The complimentary snacks and breakfast were delicious. The location was great too. We could take the steps from the Avenue II right to Rehoboth Avenue where the shops were, and it was 2 blocks from the beach. We did not have any issues with noise from the Purple Parrot, although we were warned that there might be some. The rooms at the Avenue II were large and clean. Would love to do it again!

Service, location, property, perks—all were great! We had a wonderful stay at this property. The service was exceptionally good. Breakfast was very nice—and I especially appreciated the quieter sunroom (No music playing, adults only). Room was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent—right in the middle of shops and restaurants, short walk to the boardwalk and beach. Loved the extras like the beach chairs & towels, daily wine & cheese, and daily cookies & milk.

Always a great time at The Avenue. Had another wonderful trip to the Avenue hotel in Rehobeth Beach, De. It is one of the friendliest hotels that we stay at. The staff are all wonderful. Randi and Ryan stand out as Mr and Ms. hospitality. The place is extremely clean. The wine and cheese social in the evening is a great time to unwind from a busy day and prepare for the evening. The nightly milk and cookie is a nicer way to close out the day. The facilities are extensive. We can't wait to go back.

A wonderful retreat! We keep coming back to this place every year! It's clean, has super friendly staff, and has comfortable rooms with the most comfortable beds. Morning breakfast and nightly cookies are a bonus. They call ahead of your stay to confirm and ask you if there's a special occasion you are celebrating. It's nice to have that kind of personal customer service nowadays. The hotel is close to everything just by walking out the door—plenty of shops, restaurants, and a short walk to the beach.

End of summer getaway The BEST accommodations at Rehobeth beach. The Avenue is a beautiful hotel that is so inviting and relaxing. Located within walking distance to restaurants, stores, and the beach. Golf cart transportation to the beach and chairs provided. Top notch service with extras including hot breakfast, wine and cheese, and warm cookies. Already booked our return trip!❤️

Love this place! I love coming to the Avenue Inn. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. I love all the extras from the hot breakfast to the chocolate chip cookies at bedtime. Whatever air freshening system you use in the hallways is divine! Wish I could’ve bottled it up and taken it home! It’s also a close walk to everything. We will be back!

Fabulous hotel Great stay from check in to check out. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, beautiful pool, fun card and game room, perfect location, nice décor, everything worked in the room (door to patio, shower, fridge),nice terrace facing the main street, free shuttle and beach chairs.No issues, complaints, or hassles. An extremely well run operation.
