Enjoyed our 3 day weekend! We had a very pleasant 3 night stay this past weekend. The inn is located in a great spot and it was evident that The Avenue values its guests by providing extra touches such as(wine & cheese socials, milk & cookies, breakfast, board games (with all the pieces) and even umbrellas at the front door. We also utilized the hot tub, gym, and and afternoon of spa services. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful get-away Everyone was very pleasant, attentive, and eager to assist with our needs. Room was very well appointed, clean, and well taken care of. Room service was excellent and had no complaints. Have stayed here many times and last was October 2025 and will return . The included breakfast, wine and cheese get together, cookies, and availability of coffee and tea 24/7 are wonderful.

A Very Nice Hotel The pictures online didn't do it justice. It was beautifully decorated for Fall and Halloween. Nice restaurant on-site, a really nice gym, a lovely sitting room with a fire and outdoor seating with firepit out front. Breakfast left a little to be desired- the pre-made omelets were cold but, overall, lovely and comfortable.

Great hotel w/ great benefits! Our stay at the Avenue Inn was great! Even though we were not in the main hotel, the rooms were just as high quality. I received a pre-visit call from the manager to confirm everything, which I thought was a nice touch. The check-in process was smooth. There was street noise, but that was to be expected. The breakfast options were great and proximity to everything was ideal. Definitely recommend this hotel to visitors coming to Rehoboth Beach for business, pleasure, or a nice get away.

nice rooms, wonderful common spaces, great breakfast This is truly a four season hotel. Lots of beach accommodations feel a little sad and weird after summer ends, but the Avenue Inn has created such a warm, cozy atmosphere that its compelling no matter what the temperature is outside. The rooms are clean and spacious, but equally important, there are warmly lit and comfortable common spaces for sitting, chatting, reading, playing games. Additionally, they offer an outstanding breakfast, wine and cheese in the early evening and cookies at the end of the night.

Perfect location and Wonderful Stay. We spent a lovely weekend at the Avenue Inn. The hotel was very clean, smelled wonderful, and the location couldn't have been more perfect. Just stepping out the door you had plenty of restaurants and shops to enjoy, and the beach was just a short walk away. A truly great stay.

Excellent place to stay. The location is easy walking to beach or be shuttled there with your complimentary beach chairs I have been going to Rehoboth beach since a I was a young child. I have never stayed at the Avenue Inn. This time we stayed there for a friend’s wedding. The service was excellent as well as what the hotel offers to make you beach stay so easy. I would highly recommend it and would stay again. It is a perfect hotel for off season beach stay. Indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. The spa is great as well.

Wonderful hotel in Rehoboth Beach Love staying here in the off season when prices are much more reasonable. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the beach. Also appreciate the cleanliness and tasteful decoration of the rooms; beds are quite comfortable, and appreciate the small amenities such as wine and cheese in the evenings and cookies. Also is the below ground parking garage and the clean luggage carts.

Perfect Beach Getaway Perfect experience. All employees are very attentive and welcoming. Venue is clean and beautifully designed and detailed. Daily breakfast, happy hour and chocolate chip cookies are emblematic of the customer service detail that makes this experience second to none. Keep up the good work and we will definitely return in the future.

A wonderful getaway Once again, we had a very comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable stay at Avenue Inn. This was our fourth stay and we hope to have many more. The staff, Randi, Brett, Michael, John et al were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and bright with a very cozy bed, the breakfast (included) was delicious, wine and cheese a pleasant late afternoon snack, with cookies in the evening a great wind down. The location is perfect for shopping, walks on the boards, bicycling to the outlets and eateries.

Fall trip Free indoor parking. The location was only about 1 block from the Boardwalk. I'm 77 years old and it was nice to be able to walk to everything. Also the free breakfast and wine tasting in the afternoon was a nice touch. The free cookies and milk at night was also something nice to have'.

THE AVENUE: A REHOBOTH BEACH GEM This hotel is a true gem. Beautifully appointed, great location, and a lot of wonderful touches like full daily breakfast, wine and cheese hour and nightly cookies and milk that made our stay special. The staff is uniformly friendly, helpful, and caring and could not do enough to make us feel welcomed and appreciated. The Avenue and its staff know how to “do” hospitality. Can’t wait to go back!

Best time! Absolutely amazing! From the booking to arrivals and check-in, everyone at the Avenue Inn was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended place to stay while in Rehoboth Beach Always an excellent and convenient place to stay in Rehoboth Beach. They have beach chairs & towels that you can borrow and even though it is very walkable to the beach, Lew is always there with his cart to take you and your load to and from the beach. For the past few years we’ve been going to Rehoboth Beach, Avenue Inn has been our home away from home.

Great Stay! We enjoyed our recent visit. We have stayed at both the main building and at The Ave II in the past. This time we chose The Ave II. No problems, we knew ahead that there was no elevator, but the pricing and size of the room more than made up for that. Our only suggestion would be to put a few hooks in the bathroom & outside the bathroom door. Would be very helpful to be able to hang our robe/clothing when changing, showering.

Cozy hotel in downtown Rehobeth Beach! We have stayed at the Avenue Inn a few times and have always enjoyed our stay. My daughter loved the pillows, I loved the wine and cheese and think it's an elegant touch to the afternoon. My husband enjoys the location and not having to drive around. Our room was cozy and it was nice to decompress when we were done with the beach, shopping and other activities. Every staff member we encountered was courteous and friendly. We will be back again!!

Best place to stay in Rehoboth Beach I love coming to Rehoboth and The Avenue Inn just makes it all that much better. From the hot tub to the wine and cheese to the excellent customer service an all around excellent experience. Staff acknowledged me by name and knew my room number and took excellent care of everything. Ten stars!

Checks all the boxes Everything at The Avenue Inn & Spa was top notch from the venue itself to the staff and beyond. It is located both close enough for beach and boardwalk access as well as to the Main Street vendors. There personal touch is not ignored at The Avenue and we greatly appreciated that. We felt right at home and would gladly add The Avenue to our short list of Rehoboth Beach hotels.

Another great stay at the Avenue We had another wonderful (too short) stay at the Avenue. Amenities and room was very clean, staff was friendly. Lew gave us buggy rides to the beach and made our daughter feel so special by letting her sit in the front seat with him, and giving her a few extra seashells from the beach! Looking forward to our next visit.

Fall trip Great place to stay. Very clean with a decent breakfast and friendly staff. Centrally located for restaurants and shopping so you never need to move your vehicle. Transport to the boardwalk and beach provided by golf cart with a friendly driver. This was our third stay at the Avenue. Highly recommend!

Anniversary trip Beautifully kept hotel. Staff is very friendly and makes their guests feel special. Details like rides to the beach, so you don’t have to carry your beach chairs, wine and cheese and cookies and milk in the evening. Free breakfast is better than average. Only negative is parking is limited and spots can be tight, especially with SUVs and pickups. We personally had no issues, but our car is smaller

We love the Avenue Room service in 213 wasn’t dependable. Last Tuesday maid didn’t give us clean glasses or tissue which was empty. On Weds she didn’t clean our room at the agreed upon time. Breakfast buffet warm items need more diversity. We had scrambled eggs or omelettes with sausage 4 days in a row. Maybe bacon or ham would be good also.

A Great experience The rooms and service were impeccable. Top notch service. I accidentally booked a room for one night instead of two nights, and the staff accommodated us with another room. We had a couples massage and that was an amazing experience. The staff are very friendly. It's a bit pricy, but what you get in return is worth every dollar!!

Very wonderful attention from front desk employee John Grimes I have not stayed here yet but was super impressed with the service I received for booking a complicated reservation from front desk. employee John Grimes. He rocks. I really look forward to my stay at what looks to be a fabulous hotel. If you need help with anything at the front desk definitely ask for John. He was amazingly helpful and patient.

My favorite Vacay Spot! Such an amazing place with amazing people! So clean and decorated so nicely with a classy beachy theme! All the amenities are wonderful and really enhance the experience! We LOVE Mr. Lew and the kiddos have so much fun riding to the beach in the golf cart with him! We’ve been vacationing in Rehoboth for 15 years and this is hands down our favorite place! 💕

Avenue Inn is a luxurious experience! The Avenue Inn did not disappoint! From the Lobby to the breakfast to the pool and sundeck and the wine & cheese and cookies and beach tram with complimentary chairs and towels, it was the total experience. Hotel staff couldn't have been more pleasant and accommodating. From pleasantries to small requests, everyone was happy and eager to assist. The room was as comfortable as your own home, including the mattress and sofe! Right in the middle of the city and you would never know it as it is so insulated and quiet in the room!

Our Annual Trip From the time we check in to when we check our, the staff at Avenue Inn is wonderful. They understand the importance of family and treat us all with kindness and respect. We love Mr Lou and Ms Randy is wonderful with our grandson who is autistic and sometimes doesn't understand limits. We would not go anywhere else for our vacation and have booked for next year.

Special hotel in Rehoboth Beach, DE The Avenue Hotel and Spa is an amazingly beautiful hotel with great service and the friendliest people. About a block from the beach, but you get a ride, also breakfast, wine and cheese at 5pm and hot chocolate chip cookies and milk at 8pm. The rooms are very nice and the balconies are great for people watching.

2025 Rehoboth Vacation The Avenue Inn is always a great place to stay at Rehoboth Beach. It offers great amenities (a spa, evening wine & cheese, covered parking) all within walking distance of the beach. But walking is totally optional as they provide a free golf cart shuttle too and from the beach, along with towels and beach chairs. The hotel is clean, and the service exceptional. My family has been staying at the Avenue Inn for more than 25 years. We have already booked for next year!!!

Best Property at the Best Beach You simply cannot beat the location and added amenities this property has to offer.Just the rides to and from the beach with chairs and beach towels puts it over the top!Being able to arrive before check-in to enjoy the beach early, enjoying wine & cheese in the afternoon, milk & cookies in the evening, delicious breakfast included in the morning & the indoor pool and hot tub are amazing bonuses. The beds are super comfortable!

A must Our new favorite hotel in Rehoboth. We’ve been coming every year for about 20 years. We’ve stayed at The Bellmoor & Boardwalk Plaza but the Avenue is much better than both of them. The cleanliness, happy hour daily, restaurant, and location just can not be beat! The service and the views were also exceptional. Great job!

Excellent Hotel and very good service My wife and I and three kids and son-in-law all truly enjoyed our stay. No complaints! The location was very convenient to the beach and we appreciated the free shuttle to the boardwalk each day as my wife does not walk without a walker. The staff was very friendly and efficient. It was very helpful to be able to park in the hotel garage.

Wonderful week at Rehoboth Steph was a great host. Everything we needed was there. She came over immediately to address one issue. The house fit our family well and the front screened in porch was the perfect place to hang out with our extended family. The location was good also, just a very short walk to the beach and downtown Rehoboth. Would definitely consider renting the same cottage next year.

First time in the “big house” This was visit #23 for me but the first time at the Avenue as opposed to Avenue Inn 2. Although the room was smaller, it was delightful. The beds were really comfortable. It was great to be in the main building!! Great to talk with Randi, Michael and Lew! Will be back in July😀

Perfect stay in Rehoboth From the spacious room to the awesome view from our balcony, the lobby, the breakfast, the wine happy hour you couldn't ask for anything more, we have found our new favorite place to stay in rehoboth Beach. We will be back again and again .oh yeah the spa is fantastic as well.

Great hotel Staff is excellent andhousekeeping always does a terrific job. Wine and cheese nightly is always a nightly treat. Breakfast in the morning is a bright spot to start the day and don't forget the cookie at nigt. Of course this could be 2 cookies per guest instead of one but one can not have everything. Lou is always there with a smile to take you back and forth to the beach. I guess staying here for the last 19 years says it all about how this hotel is. Book early.

A gem to enjoy visiting Wonderful on the Avenue Inn and Spa. Traveling with wife, 2 sons, and a daughter. We all found the accommodations wonderful. Wine and cheese hour was very inviting. Breakfasts filling and milk and cookies in the evening provided an environment everyone loved. The location was ideal for us. Will definitely return next time we go to Rehoboth Beach. I have been going to Rehoboth for over 40 years and this was the nicest place I have stayed at.

Cooper Cottages The cottage is decorated beautifully and very comfortable. Everything you could possibly need they have included: spices, tea, games, soap etc. The location is perfect for walking to the beach as well as shops and restaurants. It’s also extremely dog friendly and our pups were very comfortable. We will definitely be returning!!

First stay and didn’t want to leave We loved our stay, the scent in the halls was lovely along with the well done beach decor. We appreciated the extras like the parking setup for arrival/departure as well as wine and cheese hour and the coffee bar. The location is perfect, we walked about 5 miles around the boardwalk and town every day. The Blue Hen restaurant attached was also amazing. We will definitely plan another trip.

Loved it! It is always the smaller things that stand out. The free to use towels and beach chairs. The amazing service. The kind people. The game room was also a nice surprise! The free cookies and milk were a nice way to end each day. We are definitely going back if we can.

Another Wonderful Stay We absolutely love staying at this property. Staff is very attentive, extremely clean facility, food and drinks - top notch. You can walk everywhere and during peak season they provide beach chairs and shuttle down to the beach. Call when ready and they retrieve you. Absolutely love Avenue Inn & Spa. Don't forget to treat yourself to the spa.

convenient location, clean rooms this is the perfect spot if you want to be very close to the beach. pros include convenient below ground parking, warm chocolate chip cookies each night, balcony in the king room, 24 hr coffee in the lobby. cons - bars located nearby have live music so be prepared. still, i highly recommend.

Off season trip We had a great time in a beautiful space that was walkable to attractions, restaurants, and shops. Our family’s favorite parts were the chalkboard with daily ideas of things to do, a full breakfast, the indoor heated saltwater pool, and the cookies and milk in the evening. We will definitely return!

Spent a lovely weekend! Avenue Inn and Spa in Rehoboth Beach, DE. is lovely looking, has a boutique feel. It was so comfortable in the lobby as well as the room I had. The room was well appointed. Wine and cheese daily as well as breakfast were both an added delight. Staff was efficient at check in and checkout. It was a great location, just a block to the ocean, and steps away from Rehoboth Ave. I'll be back!

Great atmosphere As always a great and relaxing time. that is why my wife and I always go back. we love everything about this place all the way down to the fragrance in the lobby! The atmosphere is so laid back and comforting you will feel like you are in a good friends home while still being treated like a top priority guest.
